Fumiko Shirakawa (Japanese: 白川 文子 - Shirakawa Fumiko) was a student in Shirakawa girl's boarding school. She was a transfer student in Itachiyama during her first year in high school. She's libero in JNWVT.
As of 2018 she continues on playing in JNWVT and is now V. League Division 1 player. Few years later she also got engaged to Kiyoomi Sakusa.
Appearance[]
Fumiko has long dark green hair that is braided behind her head into a bun. She has light purple eyes and light skin, making her hair look even darker than it is. She's short and skinny.
She wears fashionable clothes that her mother buys for her. When playing volleyball she has reversed colors on her uniform that the normal has. She wears both knee and elbow pads. Her volleyball shoes are white with pink accents.
Personality[]
Fumiko has super strict parents who despite that ignore her most of the time. She's shy around taller boys. She's not noisy nor is she quiet. She has very nice personality, but she's slightly clumsy. She's quite cheerful and has learned how to support cheer others up due her part as the second libero in JNWVT.
Her personality is complicated when it comes to her parents. She really despises them but also wants to be liked by them for some reason. She became stoic and cold towards her parents when they drugged her and tried to make her bear a child for an old rich man.
After giving birth to her only child she became much more careful and protective.
Background[]
Fumiko was born into a rather wealthy family. She lives in a mansion and takes limousine to school. She was mostly raised by the maids in the mansion as her mother was most of the time overseas, after she was born, and her father was busy with the family business. Despite of having rich family, she never grew up to be stuck-up person. Her mother is model and father rich business man. Fumiko does have an interest towards fashion but has even greater passion for volleyball. She met Leiko on one faithful night when the said girl was running away from home. It took some time for them to build a trust as Leiko has hard time trusting anyone. However Fumiko said she was welcome to live with her when they got close.
She and Leiko were huge fans of JNWVT and when they met Chiyoko by a change, they asked if it was possible for them to join the team. Both girls took volleyball practice seriously and in the end made it into the team.
Fumiko went to private junior high and was supposed to continue through high school but she transferred to Itachiyama for one year. Sadly after one year her parents found out and she was forced to switch schools. During her year in Itachiyama she worked as the volleyball team's manager. She got close to most of the members in club. She went back to the private school until she graduated.
When Fumiko was supposed to move away from home and get to college, her parent's told her to marry an elderly man. According to her parent's it was because they wanted her to marry into a wealthy family, but in reality it was all because of money. Her parent's didn't really care much about her so they got her drunk one time in a random hotel, in attempt to get her pregnant so she couldn't say no to the marriage. Their plan backfired when Fumiko wondered into the wrong room.
When she found out she was pregnant, she was devastated. She doesn't remember a single thing that happened during the night but according to the elderly man, she didn't spent it with him. She run away from home and after telling her friends what's going on, Minako offered to let her live in her mansion until the baby was born and Fumiko would find an apartment. She stayed in the mansion for nine months and couple more after the baby was born until her friends helped her to move into her own apartment. She lived alone together with Kiyotaka, who she named, with zero knowledge of her child's father.
